I am the General Manager of our New Western Tampa office, and I am looking to hire more agents! We are the largest private source of distressed investment properties in the nation. We operate a marketplace for investors to purchase these exclusive, pre-negotiated investment deals. I have been on the investment side of real estate since the midway point of 2018. I have been apart of over 300 transactions both on the sales side, and the acquisitions side in the Tampa Bay region. In this short time period I have also become a real estate investor myself, but continuously looking for more inventory for our network of pre-approved motivated buyers. Looking to hire investment Real Estate Disposition Agents for my office in Tampa, FL. These agents can expect to be exposed to hot leads, ongoing hands on trainings, and a consistent flow of inventory to sell to our network-We are knowledgable and possess an innovative approach to the real estate market-We provide more opportunities for agents and their investors. This includes fast paced closings, quicker pay days, and more transactions than the average Real Estate agent.
