For more than a decade, I have had the honor of serving Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, working alongside a remarkable community of teachers, students, families, and staff. My background in ballet and administration simply gives me tools to support the real heart of this organization—the legacy and teaching philosophy of Marcia Dale Weary.Marcia’s vision for training young dancers continues to guide everything we do. I consider it a privilege to help carry that legacy forward, striving each day to uphold the clarity, discipline, and joy she believed in so deeply. Any leadership I offer is rooted in listening, learning, and working collaboratively with those who share her passion for excellence.After more than 18 years in arts education and administration, I am still inspired by the way CPYB nurtures both artistic and personal growth. I remain grateful for the chance to contribute to a place where dedication and creativity meet, and where Marcia’s spirit continues to shape the future of every dancer who walks through our doors.
