Work with customers (new and existing) to identify design criteria critical to new product development (NPD) of medical devices. Creates, plans, and assists with execution of feasibility and development studies to be performed. Works with vendors and orders prototype materials to carry out said studies.Executes product characterization/design studies on early-phase products (component and kit-level), production equipment, and process capabilities for pre-existing and new medical device product lines. Utilizing Symphony PDLC, functions as core team member in feasibility, planning, development, and launch phase. Responsible for several key planning, manufacturing, and training documents required for Marketing and Sales Departments with marketing materials, presentations, study findings, and renders used for online and physical marketing. This applies to NPD, design changes, and legacy products.
