The management of all aspects of health and fitness across North Lanarkshire Leisure. This includes managing an extensive class timetable and large amount of group fitness instructors along with the development of the group fitness product. My other key focus is also managing the gym floor teams implementing new products and journeys for a large member base along with overseeing gym refurbishments recently completed.
