Provide finance support for Amazon\'s $3+Bn a year Onsite Monetization Business and create financial documents for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews and bi-annual financial forecasts.Prepare and run weekly meetings, by deep-diving and analyzing the metrics to understand deviations, root cause issues, find potential opportunities and communicate them to the business. One of my analysis uncovered that an advertising slot monetized at a lower rate than others due to a brand logo requirement. Removing it translated to incremental +$70MM a year for the business.Model and relay the financial impacts of complex initiatives, potential headwinds and seasonal changes to the business. An example of this was building a model from scratch that helped access a potential revenue loss of -$18MM due to cookie consent being required in Europe. This analysis allowed the business to prioritize this issue and work on a solution to mitigate the impact.Revamped key supply KPI to create an actionable and scalable metric that accurately measures how well advertising inventory is being utilized. This was done by starting at the highest available traffic data point and parsing out unaddressable factors by the team, such as robotic traffic.
