NiChel Mulstay, Executive Director of the Puksta Foundation, is a dedicated leader passionate about fostering positive change through education and community engagement. Her journey with the foundation began in 2009 as a volunteer, and over the years, she has taken on increasingly significant roles, including Director of Development and Community Outreach and Director of Operations. In 2024, she assumed her current role as Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the foundation’s mission.A Colorado native, NiChel draws inspiration from her state’s diverse communities and natural beauty. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver, she understands the transformative power of education and is dedicated to creating a more equitable landscape where individuals, regardless of their background, have access to tools and resources necessary for success. Her commitment to the Puksta Foundation reflects her belief that education is the cornerstone of a thriving society.NiChel’s unique approach to leadership is shaped by her multifaceted passions. As a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, and Meditation Instructor, she integrates mindfulness and self-care into the foundation’s initiatives, emphasizing the importance of nurturing both mind and body for personal growth and well-being.
