Unifying all 12 TSG brands with a comprehensive Plex ERP system, applications, and business processes, I orchestrate our enterprise-wide ERP implementation. Devise holistic strategies and solutions to support continuous improvement, security administration, and compliance requirements of all business segments. Direct cross-functional team of six direct reports, one indirect report, and numerous consultants to steer implementation projects and provide technical support to business units. Meticulously design annual project roadmap by leveraging complex data analysis as well as engaging both executive and brand-specific stakeholders. Collaborate with departments such as legal, accounting, operations, procurement, as well as external vendors. Ensure optimal compliance with internal requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations via oversight of IT general controls, change control management, user provisioning, and annual audits. Select Achievements Elevate company operations through introduction of Plex ERP, currently supporting eight sites and actively implementing solution in four additional sites with final goal of implementation at 26 total sites by 2027. Directed largest system launch in company history with five sites and 12 application integrations in 2023; led 100-member team to complete project within nine-month timeframe. Consistently achieved zero major findings following all annual compliance audits, encompassing rigorous reviews for ERP system, IT General Controls (ITGCs), implementation projects, and vendors. Managed 2022 ERP implementation for corporate and R&D locations with two-week lead time, enabling new R&D projects for Blue Arc electric vehicles, development cost tracking, and corporate ledger management. Received 2023 Plex Innovator Impact Award following success completion of project.
