ABOUT NICCI HUDDLESTON

As a highly experienced Senior Production Supervisor and Specialist Welder and Fabricator, I have a proven track record managing multiple projects across various international sites from engineering and design through to completion and quality control. I have developed substantial technical and management experience and have been able to contribute significantly to streamlining operational processes, implementing efficiencies and reducing product lead time to enhance profitability. Throughout my roles I have adopted a continuous improvement approach and sought to enhance quality across production activities where possible. My responsibilities have included working across functions including procurement, design and sales as part of fulfilling customer orders and exceeding expectations at all times. Now operating as a specialist Contractor, I have undertaken work across Europe for Airbus at a NATO base, and have utilised my extensive technical knowledge to develop new processes, improve production standards and support projects. Having worked with major customers across international sites in my career, I have enjoyed working across cultures and coordinating complex production schedules. I am a confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written, and I act as a positive advocate of the company at all times and encourage a safety first approach to target a zero harm record. As a supervisor and production leader, I have sought to encourage and foster staff development, coaching and motivation to improve the performance of the team. I have a proven track record supporting staff and colleagues to reduce staff turnover, improve team morale while maintaining quality and profit margins. I have held several specialist contractor production/manufacturing roles and have enjoyed the challenge to take on additional responsibilities where possible to enhance performance. I adapt well to change and believe I would be a valuable addition to any team.
