ABOUT NICHOLAS ALEXANDER BROWN

Nicholas (‘Nic’) is a multi-jurisdictional lawyer, arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, author and (visiting) lecturer, with about 30 years of experience in advising and representing project participants in the resolution of disputes arising on some of the world’s largest infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation and building sectors across Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Southern Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, East Asia, Oceania, Australia; including as counsel in international commercial arbitrations. He sits as an arbitrator and dispute board member from time to time. He is the author of the published ICE textbook,\'FIDIC 2017 - A Definitive Guide to Claims and Disputes\'(in its second edition).
