Nicholas (‘Nic’) is a multi-jurisdictional lawyer, arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, author and (visiting) lecturer, with about 30 years of experience in advising and representing project participants in the resolution of disputes arising on some of the world’s largest infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation and building sectors across Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Southern Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, East Asia, Oceania, Australia; including as counsel in international commercial arbitrations.
