In particular, I represent clients in the areas of trade litigation, compliance with U.S. trade regulations, trade policy, and foreign investment reviews. I regularly represent companies in international trade administrative proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Commerce. I also litigate appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I also assist clients in issues related to export controls and economic sanctions, U.S. customs regulations, and reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
