Responsibilities- Review the plans and specs within each phase code for completeness & accuracy- Generate RFPs and distribute to bidders- Write and distribute scope-of-work documents- Compile thorough and holistic project estimates- Assemble and negotiate contracts with subcontractors- Organize and facilitate weekly OAC, sub, etc. meetings- Track and price changes in scope of work and insure timely communication to client- Compile monthly invoices to client with all necessary back-up- Create and track RFIs and submittals- Oversee warranty and repair work on previous projects.
