About Krenz

With demonstrated experience in carrier sales and 10 years customer service experience, I have found that my passion is people. I build strong relationships with people by taking accountability and creating memorable experiences. I am well acquainted with high pressure situations, and I work better under that pressure. In addition to building a large and diverse network of carriers, I have also developed and trained other reps to succeed and help carriers to succeed in this difficult market. After multiple years in logistics, I am looking to take this passion for freight and people to the next level through team and organizational leadership. I succeed at fast paced firms, where I can grow and continue to learn. I find creative solutions for complicated problems. I thrive most in companies with a strong culture, and I am quick to embrace it. My ultimate goal everyday is to help my company realize its vision through its people.
