I am currently a Senior Associate within the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll, where my responsibilities include developing appraisal reports, ASC 805s, market rent studies, and other services for our clients. Our clientele comprises REITs, private equity funds, and corporations, and we provide advisory services in both transactional and non-transactional scenarios. I possess firsthand experience in working with various property types, including multifamily, industrial, student housing, office, life sciences, vacant land, retail, and international properties. My role has allowed me to enhance my ARGUS Enterprise and Excel capabilities, as well as my critical thinking ability. With a broad range of exposure to different valuation methods, asset classes, and client needs, I have advanced my real estate knowledge both at the industry level and asset level.I earned my Finance and Information Systems degree and Real Estate minor, graduating cum laude in the spring of 2022 from the Michael G. Foster School of Business. During my time in school, I worked at Venture Real Estate Group as an Acquisitions Assistant, where I developed pro formas for value-add multifamily investments, conducted market studies, and performed highest and best use development analysis.
