I’m a product, customer experience and innovation leader with 12+ years’ experience designing and delivering digital products that people actually use every day. Most of my recent work has focused on AI-powered financial, consumer and enterprise products that need to be both loved by users and make commercial sense.I’ve led multiple product teams and PMs in parallel to define, design and build AI tools, apps and platforms end-to-end, from early discovery and value proposition through to the full product build. That has included sustainability and green finance tools, sports, media, retail and gaming application. A lot of this work has created clear line of sight to large, measurable revenue and efficiency gains for clients.Alongside delivery, I’ve helped build capabilities. I co-founded a global consumer foresight and insight function inside my firm, making sure deep customer understanding shapes product and commercial decisions, not just research decks. I also co-founded a fashion rental startup, leading product and customer experience and working directly with engineers to build and launch the app.Earlier in my career I was a Financial Ombudsman, making fair, legally binding decisions on disputes between people and financial institutions. Seeing first-hand what happens when products and journeys fail people still shapes how I build today: clear, intuitive, intelligent and fair by default.I’m at my best when the problem is messy, the stakes are high and a team needs direction.
