Responsible for HR activities in the UK and supporting People initiatives globally, such as the implementation of a pay transparency framework across geos and career pathways.My main career focus has been L&D & Training, and have worked with a diverse and complex range of business areas within the retail energy/utilities sector, including an international corporation with thousands of employees, to a small start up with less than 100. I successfully completed my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management in May 2018. Modules studied: Developing Professional Practice, Business Issues and the Contexts of HR, Managing & Co-ordinating the HR Function, Using Information in HR, Reward Management, Employment Law, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Contemporary Development in Employee Relations.I have 20 years experience in the energy industry, 10 of these in a large global energy retailer, and 2.5 years in a start-up energy supplier. I now work for ESG, a mid-sized global business that supports companies in the energy sector by developing and providing a wide range of software solutions.
