We work as trusted, professional partners with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and academic medical centers across the country. In my role, I am focused on supporting our employees through the following:>Designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive learning and development program that enhances the professional growth, effectiveness, and capability of team members and contributes to the achievement of ECG\'s business goals.>Identifying, customizing, and implementing an LMS system to enhance delivery of learning to employees across the firm.>Organizing course catalog to create a user friendly resource site for all employees.>Creating a robust and repeatable onboarding experience tailored to the needs of five consulting divisions and corporate operations.>Building out and enhancing the learning curriculum in support of management and leadership training.>Partnering with leadership to convene six annual retreats to serve select audiences across the firm.
