Help newly listed public companies through SOX 404A requirements Review and preform SOX 404B interim & year testing, assess remediation plan for failed controls to achieve reasonable assurance of an audit opinion over test of controls. Performing complex and specific audit procedures, while developing effective, client-focused audit strategies. Coaching and managing a driven team of audit professional, facilitating them to have the information, tools and opportunities they need to grow. Proactively building relationships that support our EY\'s ability to provide tailored services that meet a wide range of assurance needs and contribute to new business development.
