Through rigorous analysis, implementation support, and knowledge management, TAP EG helps USAID Missions and operating units maximize their impact and drive meaningful development outcomes globally.Key Responsibilities- Technical proposal development for Activity/ Orders including design, implementation plan, MEL Plan, schedule, and delivery- Leading implementation with support from diverse expert group responsible for various implementation roles- Leading communication with stakeholders during design and implementation- Contracts, subcontracts and grants compliance in line with FAR and other USG regulations- Managing relationship with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer on including communicating quality, schedule, cost, and delivery- Managing a highly qualified, well-organized, skilled and fully equipped team of technical and administrative expert team of individuals highly motivated to achieve excellence.
