Supporting a growing OD team on landmark projects to establish a more visible, inclusive and efficient organisational culture at Waltham Forest. These projects include: • “First 100 Days” - delivering a more centralised and informative corporate induction for new joiners• Refreshing the Local Government Graduate Programme - overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding, and setting up and managing a grad working group to improve the scheme, particularly around placement quality and retention• Refreshing the Capability Process - leading on refreshing the guidance on our performance review process for managers and employees in addition to making recommendations to improve the related HR policies• Revitalising Exit Interviews - conducting a milestone review of exit interview data over the last four years to develop interventions to increase participation and action staff feedback
