ABOUT NIAMH LAMBE
I joined Deloitte in January 2016 through the Human Capital academy in joint partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College, gaining certificates in PRINCE 2, BCS Modelling Business Processes and MSP. I currently hold the position of Associate Director within the Human Capital as a Service team, focusing on change management for large scale client transformation programmes. My expertise lies in in all components of change from planning and visioning, through to impact assessments, stakeholder management and engagement, business and people readiness and user adoption; with particular interest in using a data driven approach to direct the change journey. My experience has been across all industries but with a greater focus on Public Sector clients.
