ABOUT NIAMH HEALY
As an MSc Psychology student, I am deepening my understanding of human behavior, cognitive processes, and mental health, with a strong research focus. My coursework is centered on statistics, research methods, cognitive psychology, individual differences, social psychology, biopsychology, developmental psychology, and mental health in context. My thesis explores the relationship between individual differences and deepfake detection. Working under my supervisor, I am facilitating eye-tracking experiments and interpreting/analyzing participant data with the aim of contributing empirical research to the existing literature on improving human deepfake detection skills. I also hold a BSBA (Marketing & Finance) from The University of Denver.
