Duties Involve- Provide end-to-end support for job advertising and recruitment through the Community NI Jobs portal, including user support, advert review, quality assurance, and enhanced client assistance- Advise organisations on effective recruitment strategies, realistic timelines, job evaluation, benchmarking, and salary market research- Prepare bespoke proposals for HR consultancy services, collaborating with internal teams to scope deliverables, timelines, and pricing- Deliver high-quality HR consultancy across a broad range of areas, including recruitment and selection, HR policy development, employee relations, organisational change, performance management, and staff development- Ensure all HR advice complies with Northern Ireland employment legislation and HR best practice, escalating complex or high-risk issues as required- Design and implement evaluation tools, analyse client feedback, and produce impact and evaluation reports to support continuous improvement- Coordinate Associate Partners by providing clear project briefs, managing inputs, and reviewing client feedback to ensure consistent service quality- Support finance and administration processes, including invoicing, tracking project milestones, and monitoring billing schedules- Contribute to marketing and communications activity, including social media content, newsletters, blogs, CRM management, and representing the organisation at events and conferences- Actively contribute to organisational governance, meetings, events, and the wider promotion of Sector Matters and NICVA values.
