Bridge Engineer responsible for ongoing management, maintenance and rehabilitation on a number of municipal and concession inventories in the Lower Mainland. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with prescribed condition based key performance measures, developing preventative maintenance and rehabilitation programs including long term plans for structures and developing engineering reports. Experience in the planning, management and reporting of superficial, routine and detailed inspection programs as well as inspector training programs. Asset Management:Involved in Asset Management practice throughout engineering career and, with AE, has assisted a range of clients in the development of asset management practices, asset management planning, investment planning, risk assessments and prioritization. Broader Infrastructure Asset Management experience in assisting and facilitating the development of asset management, policies, strategies, and plans.
