Responsible for all technical aspects of service design, roadmaps, execution, and in-life management of all products and services delivered by the wider Network Operations team. Finding the optimal balance between the needs of our community and our sustainable execution and support of the array of products and services we offer. Keeping abreast of opportunities to innovate utilising robust processes in all stages of PLM. Forward-looking towards opportunities arising from technological progress, GÉANT Project research, and in-house PoCs. Working closely with teams across Operations (evolution, engineering, implementation, security, management/operations centre, change control board, services board), our outreach and partner relations teams, and directly with our community. Member of our Staff Representation Committee - working with our CEO and Human Resources to help manifest our organisational values of Trust, Passion, Innovation, and Community. Member of our Innovation Committee.
