I am responsible for the day-to-day management of our Delivery Confirmation Unit who ensure that all customer deliveries within the Nestlé network are accurately confirmed in order that invoices can be raised correctly and in a timely manner.The team also manage delivery discrepancies and returns, investigating and root-causing these where necessary in order to support continuous improvement within the function.I am responsible for the line management of this team, whilst also managing future strategy within the function, leading projects to support development of ways of working, new systems and other change projects as necessary.
