Responsible for all design matters in Senergy Identify potential low carbon design ideas for Senergy’s novel high thermally conductive material. CAD Design (Solidworks) and development of Senegy’s composite Solar Thermal Panel Testing various design concepts by using Solidworks Flow Simulation to optimize flow and thermal performance. Compare thermal performance against competitors using TSOL. Designing, organizing manufacturing and testing of Senergy Prototypes Design parts for production such as injection molding and extrusion. Consists of, applying draft, part thickness and manufactures requirements. Working alongside manufactures who are developing production tooling to mold Senergy components. Make part design changes in accordance to tooling needs. Evaluate the function, safety and appearance of parts to ensure they have a practical design.
