Niall is a Director, Creative Producer and Doctoral Researcher with extensive experience in movement direction, dramaturgy, and ensemble-based performance. Having worked across international theatre, opera, and interdisciplinary arts, he specialises in bridging artistic vision with rehearsal leadership. His expertise in physical theatre, improvisation, and contemporary dance, combined with his pedagogical background, steering company training while facilitating dynamic collaborations between choreographers, performers, and production a Theater Director, Pedagogical Teacher, Creative Producer, and Curator, I specialise in guiding personal and collective growth through the transformative power of performance and creative exploration. With a foundation in Physical Theater, embodiment, and dramaturgy, my work is rooted in crafting spaces that challenge new dimensions of identity and connection. My work approach integrates ethnographic observation, anthropological insight, and polycultural perspectives, allowing for a deeper understanding of diverse identities and experiences. My strengths lie in visualisation, adaptability, and the ability to transform complex ideas into compelling concepts. I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of creativity and redefining artistic expression through an anthropological lens, merging performance with real-world themes and contemporary challenges. Through strong conceptualisation, adaptability, and a commitment to ethnographic understanding, I strive to foster collaboration and collective growth, using the power of narrative and performance to guide others through states of transformation.As a Creative Producer, Project Manager, and Communications Strategist, I have led marketing, content creation, and stakeholder engagement for international events, creative projects, and cultural programs. With expertise in brand storytelling, PR, and campaign strategy, I have developed and executed marketing initiatives, crafted compelling content for newsletters and social media, and managed partnerships with institutions and external stakeholders. My experience spans event marketing, public speaking coaching, and project management. Passionate about building impactful campaigns, I love working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and community engagement.
