ABOUT NIALL JACKSON

I am a highly ambitious individual with aims to go incredibly far in the world of estate agency. Having already amassed good experience during the busiest time for the property market on record, I am ready and willing to put my head in to whatever challenges I face from day to day. My fantastic interpersonal and communication skills make me able to cope in a number of difficult environments and work to a highly competent level in a busy and evolving workplace.From starting off as a Property Viewer with Hockeys on Mill Road in Cambridge, I developed into an up and coming Sales Negotiator in a busy city centre office.Having amassed an acceptable level of experience to date, I was then appointed to the role of Senior Sales Negotiator with Tucker Gardner on Hills Road, Cambridge. Following this, I moved into an Acting Sales Manager role for the same establishment and helped the office increase their output in KPIs of Instructions and Sales Agreed year on year, including personally Listing in excess of 100 properties to market in a 12-month period. Having continued to make strides within my career over a near three year period to date, I am now holding the position of Associate Lister (Sales) for the largest independent estate Agent in London, Chestertons - within the Fulham region.
