ABOUT NIALL HARGAN
I advise a wide range of clients from high net worth individuals to institutional investors, from large public and private sector landlords to large retail and other commercial tenants. My experience covers all aspects of commercial property including site acquisition and disposal to the law of landlord and tenant. I have a particular interest in the food and drink sector and offering advices on the application of the Telecommunications Code to land. My work does however primarily focus on licensed premises especially those benefitting from a liquor licence however I also regularly advise on betting, gaming, lotteries and prize competitons.
