Working on projects to benefit the entire employee base of the company, as well as working with dedicated business units to address business need. Some of the deliverables I have been involved in:A company wide front line leadership programme. Both developing and delivering. A ‘New Managers’ programme, providing newly promoted managers or experienced managers new to Computershare with info they need in their new role. Emerging Talent programmes, supporting US intern programmes and completing needs analysis for school leaver and graduate programmes. Creating/developing management development programmes in topics such as Mental Health awareness, leading virtually, resilience…Embedding company valuesHelp to develop Computershare’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and wellbeing strategy. Assisting with Talent assessment, leadership capability assessment and talent reviews. Assisting to develop a programme for Aspiring leaders.
