Over the past twenty years I have developed a proven track record of working with high profile clients on both large and small projects, involving varying degrees of business change. My aims are always to engage the client fully, earn their trust and respect and to provide the highest levels of service to retain the client into the future. At the same time, budget considerations are vital and I pride myself on striking the correct balance in this area. While working for my current employer Technology Services Group and my previous employer Perfect Image, I have undertaken Project Management training across different methodologies (PRINCE 2 & RUP / Agile for example) while also broadening my original skill set of ERP / Finance, Payroll, HR & CRM Systems, to include Infrastructure, Telephony and Software Development. During this time, I have managed numerous projects spanning a wide range of technologies, products and industries.
