Deliver direct support and supervision to court-involved and at-risk youth through daily, face-to-face check-ins and consistent relationship-building- Promote accountability, emotional growth, and life skill development using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches- Ensure compliance with probation conditions and intervene during crises, while maintaining detailed case documentation across multiple systems- Act as a liaison between youth, families, schools, probation officers, and service providers to coordinate care, connect resources, and reduce recidivism within the community.
