I’ve spent my career at the intersection of machine learning and product — before that was a thing you said out loud. Matchmaking on the original Xbox Live. Computer vision running on an iPhone GPU. Semantic analysis across billions of text messages. I’ve been building with ML since before most people called it AI.Two exits. 10+ patents. Teams of I’ve run organizations that shipped $5B+ in revenue and ones that started with four people and a thesis. I’ve also spent significant time on the commercial side — structuring the deals that turned technical advantages into revenue.I\'m now Senior Vice President at Osmo.ai, a Google spin-out focused on teaching computers how to smell. I also run 3Rodeo, a VC firm I founded in 2017 with investments in Community, Laurel.ai, PostScript, LearnLux, and AllVoices, among others.Before that: CBO and COO at Community.com, where I raised $100M+ and negotiated the carrier agreements that let a young startup run traffic on phone company infrastructure — the kind of access only companies like Twilio had managed before. VP of Partnerships at Hulu, where I conceived and pushed through a deal with Spotify that added 10M+ subscribers and moved Hulu from fourth place to second — through a company and board structure as complicated as any I’ve navigated. Founded Vhoto, a computer vision startup acquired by Hulu in 2015. Senior Producer and then Executive Producer on the Call of Duty franchise at Activision — Black Ops, Modern Warfare, and a $450M development budget.I started as a PM on the original Xbox Live team at Microsoft.
