About Nick Hatch
I have been advising secondary transactions since 2008 and recently launched my own firm to advise LPs, GPs, and shareholders of private companies seeking advice navigating the secondary market for liquidity solutions.I was former Global Head of secondaries at Probitas Partners and founded secondary advisory platforms at Harken Capital and Scalar Partners. I have personally closed over 50 unique transactions representing over $2.5 billion of transaction volume. I have experience closing GP-Led secondaries, LP-Led (or fund) secondaries, and private company shares.I am also an investor in a family office in Park City called Half Dome Ventures which makes direct investments in real estate and private equity.
