ABOUT NATHAN NGUYEN

Hello! I\'m Nathan, a passionate and high-achieving young professional with proven experience in financial management, analysis, and team leadership. I grew up in the Bay Area, CA and graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Economics. I am a Portfolio Analyst for the Custom Wealth Advisory Group at Stifel Financial Services. With over $1.7 billion of assets under management, I support our team by managing client portfolios and relationships, as well as take an active role in investment decisions. Prior to joining Stifel, at GWU, I was involved in many extracurriculars contributing to my financial management experience. As a Portfolio Manager at the GW Investment Institute, I helped manage a student-run, all-equity portfolio of $3.0 million where I was awarded the designation of a Ramsey Scholar. As Senior Director of the Budget Office at the GW Student Association, I controlled the annual $2.5 million budget and oversaw the allocation process to all 500+ student organizations on campus. Additionally, I have prior work experience at the GW Admissions Office and the U.S. Congress (House of Representatives).
