Are you looking for someone who is adaptive, consistent, energetic, collaborative, self-motivated, focused, and results-driven?Ever since I was a kid, I was inspired by my mother to learn about growing and running my family’s business and wanted to become a successful businessman. When I graduated from SUNY Albany, I joined Premier Automotive Import in California, which is a fast-pace and long hour business like that of my family, as an entry-level sales associate to expose myself to the American business world and have been there since.I served various roles from Sales Associate, Finance Manager, to Internet Director/Sales Manager, and now, Assistant to General Manager. There, I was given greater chance to see the bigger picture of doing business. Having experienced in multiples department, I was able to leverage my knowledge to consult and collaborate with managers across multiple departments to solve important tasks such as: increased closing ratio from 5.6% to 10% and monthly sales unit by 10%; planned customer follow-up strategy, consistently achieving 2nd place in satisfaction score in district; maximized monthly cash flow by reducing average funding days to 13 from 21; helped the sales department achieve $800k gross profit, the highest number ever in a single month.This experience plus my enthusiasm motivated me to step into management consulting business. Therefore, I decided to pursue my education at Mays MBA to achieve that goal.As a self-taught person, I love learning new things. In the past few years, I learned Excel VBA, C# language, and piano. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, piano, reading poems, learning about cosmology. On the side, I help my friend improve his online game business. Recently, I created an automated online chat support, which makes it easier for new gamers to find relevant information about the game, and wrote useful scripts for the program that uses C# language to automated repetitive tasks. As a result, the server gained 400 new gamers.
