Trung was previously a consultant at Wilson Perumal & Company, a strategy and operations consulting firm with an industry agnostic focus on complexity. There, he advised C-suite leaders on systematic issues plaguing their organizations and worked on engagements spanning growth and GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, sales effectiveness, digital and organizational strategy. Prior, Trung specialized in financial services strategy, working as both a strategy consultant and on the corporate strategy team on the 6th largest bank in the U.S. by assets. He has worked on M&A (target screening, deal modeling and due diligence, and PMI), growth strategy, digital transformations, and operations strategy for some of the largest financial institutions across the globe. Outside of work, Trung enjoys fitness, pickleball, snowboarding, travel, and cooking.
