At Pinterest, I ran Shopping Partner Experience org, scaling catalog infrastructure 16x and launching a public Shopping API that opened a new commerce channel. At Uber, I led the Driver Earnings org through a full platform rewrite and the launch of the Earnings Aggregation platform, delivering earnings experiences used by millions of drivers globally. I also have a track record with high-stakes platform engineering: at Block, I managed Banklin, a Tier-0 financial platform serving 52+ consumer teams across Cash, Square, and Square Financial Services, where I defined a 2-year strategy and proposed a cross-org platform consolidation.What\'s shaped how I manage: I started as an iOS engineer at Cisco, Groupon, and Box before co-founding Tappy, a startup that was acquired by Game Closure. Going from IC to founder to engineering manager gave me a different relationship with technical debt, team dynamics, and what it actually takes to ship at each stage.
