Support and empower 4 distributed teams of 24 talented software developers and engineers, along with 2 Product Owners across 4 countries (India, Italy, Turkey, and the USA). Drive Agile transformation across IPC software development programs for both NAFTA and EMEA regions, aligning teams with ambitious goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as a servant leader, putting the needs of the team first, empowering them to succeed, and removing obstacles in their path. Oversee the value delivery chain and orchestrate the continual improvement process in line with ITIL principles, ensuring exceptional outcomes and customer satisfaction. Effectively manage conflicts, creating a collaborative and positive work environment where issues are resolved constructively.
