Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, quarterly business reviews, weekly business reviews, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions for the WWOps team and their sublevels like networking, supply chain, projects management and ticketing data. • Increased efficiency and saved manual hours by developing data products using automation and developing ETL stored procedures.• Developed demand forecasting model (using ARIMA, LSTM and LSTM-Hybrid) in core consumer team and deploy on the AWS sage maker instance to forecast the headcount over the next 48 months. This helped them to achieve the better data-driven strategic Workforce Planning. Early results show on an average 12-14% reduction in headcount budget overestimation per department. Additionally, there was close to 10% reduction in ad-hoc headcount request.• Created a productivity dashboard to dynamically calculate the recruiter productivity at any granularity (team flag, headcount type and badge_type) to help optimize recruiters hiring and better manage their efficiency.• Create data driven factors for planned and future events in core consumer team and subsequently adjusted the values coming out of the forecasting model so as to increase the confidence in forecasted values. Also responsible for present these analyses and results to partner teams and organizational leadership.
