Supporting the adoption and application of Agile values and principles to the team, and stake holders that led to increased productivity and faster delivery to end-users from 65% to about 90%.In collaboration with the product owner I have contributed to the management of a visible, transparent and emerging product backlog.I successfully built Agility within development teams.Removing impediments to development teams’ progress via proactive management of issues and risks.A big believer of empowerment in the scrum team: I empower my team to be more self-organised, collaborative, productive and to drive events or suggest different techniques that could be used whilst I support by facilitating decisions and providing guidance where needed.I enable and encourage an environment where agile values and principles are understood and observed.I ensure the stakeholders and product owner are in tune and aligned so the value needed to be delivered can be optimized better. supporting the team to mature in courage and openness to ensure early identification of impediments, taking ownership and finding solutions or escalating where required.Delivering training and facilitating coaching sessions to help newly formed teams go through the four main phases of team development.I have successfully eased transition of teams from waterfall to Agile through coaching and mentoring on Agile, it\'s principles, values and roles.Introduced BDD to the development team and coached them on the implementation with the aid of short seminars and sharing material information with the team. We agreed to track progress via our quarterly squad health retrospective.Currently promoting XP practices such as pair programming, peer review and TDD to the teams and ensuring knowledge is not restricted to an individual member of the development team.Collaborating with other scrum masters to help drive culture and organizational change.
