As a trusted advisor to executives, I help companies improve the performance of their people, processes and systems by better managing their risks (Finance, IT, Operational, Enterprise and ESG). I have implemented assurance (internal audit, SOX, 52-109, SOC, PCI, FISMA) and risk management (GRC, ORM, ERM, ESG, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53) programs during complex contexts such as IPO, post-acquisition integrations, divestiture of entities, system implementations, significant changes to governance structure and compliance to new regulations.
