A strong track-recorded scientist in DMPK and neuroscience, equipped with problem-solving skills and project management experience to provide research and business solutions. My expertise includes PK/PD, neurophysiology, neuromodulation, imaging, animal models, behavioral pharmacology, in vivo and in situ assays, and computational data analysis.With 15+ years of research experience, I design and conduct research projects that involve electrophysiology, behavioral assays, and time-series data analysis on rodents and non-human primates. I also use histological and immunoassays to identify target cells and evaluate pathophysiological changes in animal models. These studies are aimed at understanding human CNS deficits and disorders, and can be applied to basic, translational, and preclinical research. Additionally, I support drug discovery projects by leading drug screening and lead optimization for potential APIs. All these have resulted in 350+ drug screening/efficacy studies with $3M+ in sales over 5 years in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.As an organized and effective communicator, I have trained and supervised over 20+ research professionals on experimental techniques, data analysis, report writing, project management, and career development.
