Head of product position leading vision and strategy for connected vehicle product portfolios and roadmaps including Infotainment services, mobile app, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates for over 15M vehicles. Re-imagined the connected vehicle business model and launched significant changes in the go-to-market approach resulting in signifcant EBIT growth. Launched new products in infotainment services such as Alexa built-in, Google Automotive Services, streaming media apps partnerships with Spotify, Pandora, WarnerMedia and others. Developed strategic partnership to launch an all-new, world-class, cloud-based navigation system (Maps+) available for OTA download to over 1 million vehicles already in-market. Expanded mobile app products to meet customer needs in remote commands, driving behaviors, advanced diagnostics, vehicle location alerts, and remote personalization resulting in hundreds of millions of new engagements. Created new upstream innovation processes through Design Thinking and other agile methods to build a quantifiable concept funnel validated through customer feedback.
