Current project is overseeing change management needs and training needs for entire organization for a print vendor project utilizing agile project management methodology• Create e-learnings/webinars using Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Teams, or PowerPoint for various projects. Examples include e-learnings focused on Microsoft Teams, health care products, Medicare 5 Stars, Data Governance, and Pega• Train hundreds of new hires and current employees on health care products for HAP and health care applications including Facets (versions 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6), SourceLink, and Pega• Created and implemented training for a transition of the organization from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. This included creating training presentations, training communications, job aids, e-learnings, and training hundreds of employees at all levels of the organization on these major changes. The implementation was deemed successful and the training was identified as a strong indicator of the success.
