About Rob Hagen
After spending 18 years in retail automotive sales and finance, I saw an opportunity in social media marketing for car deals in 2009. At that time, Next Generation Dealer Services was created as an affordable means for dealers to interact with their community on social media. Since, our business model has morphed slightly to also include social selling training that teaches salespeople to market themselves and build their brands.
