Diversity Liaison Manager for Staff Recruitment @Rit
Applies solid knowledge of business and of RIT in working collaboratively and strategically with both internal and external organizations to ensure that business goals reflect a diverse pool of job candidates while increasing external community awareness of RIT as a valued employer. Further, Newt is accountable for partnering with RIT\'s Division of Diversity and Inclusion, the AALANA Faculty and Staff Association, and numerous external and private sector business organizations to strengthen awareness of RIT within the community while strengthening efforts to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. Lastly, through direct recruitment efforts, Newt maintains focus on increasing the diversity of the University\'s job recruitment pools with the ultimate goal of having the pool be reflective of the labor market availability data.
