I am a certified Executive and Leadership coach. My specialty is helping people to successfully make the transition into new leadership positions, or from being managers to becoming great leaders. I enjoy coaching because I find it rewarding to be a part of leaders achieving their goals and overcoming obstacles. Most of my clients have either reached a career impasse or find themselves in a big new role that they need to master quickly.
