LLC provides domestic and global merger, acquisition and divestiture services to companies in the specialty polymers, fiber, technical textile, nonwoven fabric and filtration industries. Our international associates are located in all major countries. We work with public, privately-held and family firms between $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenue. Our in-depth industry knowledge and experience provides clients an industry link, not available elsewhere, for organizations seeking to divest, diversify their business or expand industry holdings. In 2011, we created a reciprocal agreement where Gherzi AG (Zurich) would represent GL Capital, LLC worldwide and GL Capital, LLC would represent Gherzi in North America dealing with international activities. Both organizations focus broadly within the materials market, including specialty polymers, fibers, textiles, filtration and new technologies across a broad spectrum of materials for performance applications.Work jointly with Gherzi and one of the largest weavers in Asia to make acquisitions, partnerships etc. in North America and identify proprietary new technical textile technology for scale up and commercialization.
