Mr. Newell Arnerich, the CEO and Founder of AD Architects International Inc, is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, professional architect, urban planner and next generation transportation planning. With offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and Hawai’i, he has expanded his expertise from previously managing the company’s offices in London and Honolulu. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, Mr. Arnerich has received numerous awards for excellence in his field.As CEO, he has demonstrated exceptional management skills by successfully overseeing a wide range of construction projects. His experience spans from high-rise residential, hotel towers and resorts to state-of-the-art high-tech research facilities and office parks, with project budgets ranging from $1 million to $800 million.Mr. Newell Arnerich, is a 8 term Mayor of Danville (CA) over the past 31 years while serving on the Danville Council. He serves on a variety of local and statewide committees. Newell is a keynote speaker who has been invited to speak on 3 continents about leadership, innovation in transportation and entrepreneurship. He is a Director at several Innovation/Start-up incubators in the USA & China.Educationally, Mr. Arnerich holds Bachelor\'s and Master\'s Degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from UC Berkeley. During his academic journey, he also took on the role of teaching undergraduate classes for 2 1/2 years, sharing his expertise and passion with aspiring architects and urban planners. He has authored over 50 articles on governance, leadership, and economic trends, contributing to the broader discourse in his fields.Mr. Arnerich\'s influence extends to academia, as he has been invited as a guest lecturer at esteemed institutions such as Stanford University MBA International Classes and UC Berkeley. Notably, he began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age when he co-founded KDHS 90.5 FM, a FM radio station, alongside five friends during high school.
